When you are being bullied you can use your body to be confident , have your head up, stand straight , have quiet strentgh, body still, have a excertive responce, don't use a weapon and don't show fear and those are the stuff you can do when you are being bullied.

    1. Dear Chad,

It looks like you did lots of thinking and note-taking. Hopefully you won't be in a bullying situation, but at least if you are you now have some more knowledge about what to do. Good summarising by the way!

You are right about showing assertive body language. Have a read of my response to Aaron's post which talks about this.

Anyone who is being bullied should act nomal and usally should just egnore the

  9. Dear Ms Box,

I found out that a good way to stop bullying is to ignore and to just keep your hands down or the bully will think that you want to fight. If I was getting bullied I would just pretend that I don't even care because bullies usually keep bullying when they see that you are getting affended by them.

    1. Dear Aaron,

You have picked a good strategy to advise others to use. I call what you are talking about, an "I don't care" poker face. Even if you feel hurt, look like you aren't. Shrugging your shoulders might help send the message. Great response, Aaron.

  10. Dear Ms Box,

BYSTANDER POWER book the part that Mr Coppi read to us was about how to say " NO WAY" to a bully. This all is related to say no way. This is what I learnt , Don't bring a weapon to difened yourself because you mite end up hurting someone and you will get in trubble, Show no fear, Give up your belongings so yo don't get hurt then tell someone so they can help you and they can get back your belongings.

  13. Dear Ms Box,

We have read the chapter Object the bully. We talked about what to do and what not to do when a bully is picking on you. The part I liked the most is the tip to stand straight, put your arm to your sides and breath in and out deeply.

  16. Dear Ms Box,

I learned that if someone bullys you and wants your ipod you could get beaten up or you can give the bullie your ipod.So I think you should give the bullie your ipod and then tell a teacher. And be careful of that you say.
